The SP&I Group takes a very proactive approach in all of the services we provide. In starting any project, The SP&I Group believes the foundation of communication between the client, our management team, and our protection agents’ is vital in initially determining how to best mold our services to exceed our client’s expectations. From the initial contact each client is introduced to an account manager, who serves as single point of contact for any changes to services required, facilitating any special requests, and/or billing inquires. The account manager is empowered to ensure ALL account related requested are made possible in a timely manner, thus ensuring our ability to provide exceptional service to the clients we serve.
The SP&I Group’s commitment to providing outstanding communication is just our
beginning. The SP&I Group knows the importance in providing highly trained and
licensed personnel to ensure the safety and security of each and every client and
property that we’re assigned. Unlike the majority of our competitors, The SP&I
Group only employs highly trained, active and/or retired law enforcement personnel
for our high profile assignments. Each of our agents has years experience,
along with a solid law enforcement background. Our competitors will often use
regular security personnel who possess a very basic knowledge in providing security,
and have limited training, thus providing an opportunity for error in assessing
situations that may occur within your facility. All of our agents are employed by The
Surveillance, Protection & Investigations Group, Inc. and licensed with the State of
California, Bureau of Security and Investigative Services. Each agent is also required
to undergo an extensive quarterly training program to ensure their continued ability
to perform under the pressures of almost any situation.
